With 30 years of designing moulds we’ve got every type imaginable; from thermoformed economically-priced moulds to higher durability injection moulds and everything in between.

In partnership with the University of Cardiff, we use our in-house mould flow analysis and computer aided stress analysis, to test integrity of tool design and highlight issues such as mould warping, brittleness, sink-in moulding, thinning and poor cycle time. We fix all of these flagged issues before mould production, so can be safe in the knowledge you're choosing top performing moulds which make your production easier.
