Food R&D Kitchen Facility Hire

Our food R&D kitchen can be hired to test the production of products using our state-of-the-art tempering machines, walk-in fridge, spinning machines, marble table and all the equipment you would expect in a full production scale, just on a smaller size. We offer flexible packages based on hourly, daily and weekly hire, as well as long term collaboration contracts.

The facilities in our fully temperature controlled food R&D kitchen are designed to best mimic food production environment, and house all your R&D needs under one roof. The kitchen includes:

  • Chocolate tempering machines with milk, dark and white chocolates, or cleared out for your own recipe/requirement
  • Vibration table
  • Spinning machine
  • Digital weighing scales
  • Microwave & induction hob
  • Washing facilities
  • Walk-in fridge for rapid recipe testing
  • 3D printer and scanner
  • Product photography booth
  • Adjacent conference room with video and high-speed Wi-Fi
  • Marble tempering worktop
