Family Values...
The DPS family has grown over the years to become approximately 40 members of staff from the local community, including supporting several school leavers who have enrolled on our apprentice scheme. Our staff come from all backgrounds and walks of life, but all have numerous things in common – including a desire to produce top quality work, efficiently and on time.
Our founders are still at the heart of the business, inspiring DPS to keep innovating and pushing the boundaries where projects seem impossible to find solutions that work. Whilst the team has grown significantly since 1995 when it all began, at the core of DPS the family values are kept strong and our working manner is key to the success of our team and the projects we work across.
