Utilising Blue Light scanning technology we have the ability to offer ultra-high accuracy 3D Scanning services. Our Steinbichler Comet L3D scanner uses the latest non-contact fringe projection technology to capture 3D images within a ten micron tolerance (1/100mm). We are frequently challenged with originating tooling from component parts that have lost any connection with their heritage and typically any reference to CAD data, or drawings have long disappeared. Our recent investment in new Blue Light scanning facilities heralds a significant breakthrough for us in this area and it also allows for a significant amount of creativity to generate new ideas.
