We have developed a particular specialism around creating cold press heads, also referred to as cold core and frozen cone. These have been tested and shown to reduce wastage on some lines by as much as 50% through precision engineering. Such is the affordability of the heads it is even possible to use different heads for different lines, varying the wall thickness to reduce cost where particularly expensive fillings are being used.
